From which country I can order from?

Currently we are shipping worldwide except Ascension Island, Israel, Palestinian Territories, Iran & Taiwan.

United Arab Emirates & India only have tracked shipping method.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay with Bank transfer for now, as a temporary solution.

For Bangladesh, you can make payments via BKash upfront, and inside Dhaka Cash on Delivery is available.

Soon there will be more payment wallet options for Bangladesh.

How can I checkout with Visa and Mastercard?

We are happy to announce that you can place your orders and get payment link to pay with Credit/Debit cards or Apple pay. 

Global:

Currently our shop can only take payments via payment links. 
Place your order with the option called Payment Link. After placing your order, you’ll receive two emails, one for confirmation and another for payment. Please be patient to with the email for capturing the payments due to being on different time zones.

On the second email, you will receive a link to pay using your card details, Apple pay or bank transfer. Select which you ever you want to pay with. Once, I receive the fund. I will shortly confirm you with if the payment is received. Once your payment is done, with in 7 days your product will be on ready and shipped.

Please remember this will not take much time once you receive the payment link. But some hours. I know this is a little delayed process to go with. But this is the only solution that I can offer right now. Hopefully I will be able to find a way to open an instant payment gateway.

Bangladesh:

  • If you’re from Bangladesh, please select “Manual bKash” at the checkout and complete the order. We’ll contact you by email or SMS for the payment procedure. Please remember that you need to make the full payment for confirming your order.
  • Inside Dhaka we are providing Cash on Delivery (COD). Please read the return policy before ordering.

 

How can I track my order shipping?

Tracking number will be provided via email. Please check the email of shipping confirmation.

Regular or standard shipping doesn't have shipping numbers.

Why I cannot see my currency, even if I change my location? / Why the prices are in BDT?

My shop is based in Bangladesh and currently the platform I’m using for my shop (Shopify) doesn’t allow me to select the converter of currency in checkout.

All the prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Please use the bottom left button to get an automated price conversion. Please be noted that you will receive the invoice and checkout in BDT.
Or please search in Google to see total payment amount eg. “BDT to USD”. Basically 121 BDT is equal to 1 USD, but the rate changes very frequently, so it’s better to check before placing order. Or you can directly contact as me via chat or email me at info@tritopusstudio.com
