From which country I can order from?

Currently we are shipping worldwide except Ascension Island, Israel, Palestinian Territories.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay with PayPal, American Express, JCB, Discover, VISA and Mastercard.
Visa and Mastercard will be accepted via PayPal guest check out. 

For Bangladesh, you can make payments via BKash upfront.

Soon there will more payment wallet options for Bangladesh.

How can I checkout with Visa and Mastercard?

You can pay with PayPal, American Express, JCB, Discover, VISA and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted via PayPal guest check out. For Bangladesh, you can make payments via BKash upfront.

Our shop is currently using a secured checkout system (Shopify verified third party) 2checkout. After selecting shipping methods and proceed to pay by clicking “Pay Now” will redirect into the checkout page from 2checkout.

You can directly checkout using your debit/credit card of American Express, JCB and Discover. Or you have an option for PayPal like the photo.



If you want to Pay with VISA and Mastercard, you have to select the PayPal option. If you have PayPal with your email will be redirected to PayPal after login. If you don’t have PayPal you can see a different option Pay with debit and credit card. 

You can proceed your payments with VISA and Mastercard via PayPal checkout if PayPal is operating in your country.

How can I track my order shipping?

I cannot offer tracked shipping at the moment. Tracked shipping costs ($20-25) are more than the product it self. But if you want a tracked shipping method let me know by emailing at info@tritopusstudio.com , I will set it up for you.

Why I cannot see my currency, even if I change my location? / Why the prices are in BDT?

My shop is based in Bangladesh and currently the platform I’m using for my shop (Shopify) doesn’t allow me to select the converter of currency in checkout.

All the prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Please search in Google to see total payment amount eg. “BDT to USD”. Basically 105 BDT is equal to 1 USD, but the rate changes very frequently, so it’s better to check before placing order.
