Return 

🇧🇩 Bangladesh: We offer same day return policy on physical goods for the customers of Bangladesh and that means you can return if you don’t like our products let the delivery person know that you want return it. You need to pay the delivery fee if you’re receiving it on COD. 
If you have used other payment methods & paid the full amount, you will be partially refunded deducting the delivery charge.

🌐 International: We offer 14 days return policy on physical goods for internationals, that means you can return if you don’t like our products with in 14 days after you receive the items.

To start the returning process, you must have the item unused, have the same condition when you receive it and in its original packaging. Email us at info@tritopusstudio.com with the invoice or proof of purchase. Sent back item without prior request won’t be accepted as return.

Refund

Once we get the item back, we will inspect and let you know if the product is accepted as return and refund is approved or not. You will be automatically get a refund in your original payment system if it is approved. Please remember that it can take time to refund because the policy of your credit/debit card company and your bank.

If you about to cancel your order and ask for refund, there will be a deduction about 4-5% of the paid amount as a transaction fee. We are not getting any benefit from this. The cost is for the transaction charge for the platforms used in this website. So, please be sure before you place the order.

Damaged Products 

Please check the items immediately after receiving the package. If the items are damaged, defective or wrong item is shipped, let us know by emailing a us at info@tritopusstudio.com

Exchange

You can request for an exchange of products with the same value of other products. Do not hesitate to contact us with in 24 hours via email at info@tritopustudio.com or in the chat option of the website to place a request. If the values of products that you have placed an order with doesn’t match to the value of product that you want to exchange will not be accepted.
