Shipping policy

We ship our products via Pathao courier with in Bangladesh. Since, most of the items are handmade, it may take 3-7 working days from preparing to delivery & every order is tracked. 

We are providing one shipping option for international orders:

• Standard Shipping - untracked
• Tracked Shipping - tracking number will be provided

Standard Shipping :

• The customer will get their order via post and no tracking is available.
  
• It may take 1-5 weeks for Asia, Oceania, Australia and Europe, 3-6 weeks for Africa, North and South America. But sometimes it can take 2 to 3 months to arrive.
• If the parcel get back to us, we will immediately re-send them by confirming the customers address. 
• There will be no alternative or exchange once the parcel is dropped at the post office.

Tracked Shipping :

• To select this option the minimum weight of the package has to be 100 gm minimum. That means it’s available for a bulk of products.
• Tracked shipping is costly but secured options for getting bulk items.
• Tracking number will be provided in email to track the order.
• If you’re choosing tracked shipping, from our end we are not responsible for the package loss.

Important 

• If there was a mistake on address and the order send back to us, the customer have to pay the shipping charge again due to the mistake was made by the customer.
• Anyhow the order is returned to us (may be the mistakes made by us or post office), we will cover the shipping charges.
• Customers are responsible for any custom or duty charges and import taxes.
